7 days tour from Fes to Marrakech

Day 1: Fes

On the first day, you arrive in Fes, one of the oldest imperial cities in Morocco. You can explore the historic medina of Fes, visit monuments such as the Madrasa Bou Inania and the Karaouine Mosque, and you can stroll through the bustling streets of the old town.

Day 2: Fes – Azrou – Midelt – Erfoud – Merzouga

On this day, you depart from Fes in a southerly direction crossing magnificent landscapes. You can make a stop at Azrou, known for its cedar forests and its Barbary apes. Then you continue to Midelt, a small town located at the foot of the Atlas Mountains, then you pass through Erfoud to finally arrive in Merzouga, a small town on the edge of the Erg Chebbi dunes.

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra – Dades Gorges

On the third day, you can wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga. Then you will say towards Rissani, an ancient trading town, and you will continue to the Todra Gorges, famous for their impressive limestone cliffs. Finally, you will end the day by going to the Dades Gorge, where you can admire spectacular landscapes.

Day 4: Kelaa Mgouna – Skoura – Ouarzazate

On the fourth day, you depart from the Dades Gorge and pass through Kelaa Mgouna, a town famous for its roses, before heading to Skoura, known for its verdant palm grove. Finally, you arrive in Ouarzazate, a city that is home to many film studios and historic kasbahs.

Day 5: Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas – Marrakech

On the fifth day, you visit the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which has been used as the setting for many films. Then, you cross the High Atlas mountains, passing by the Tizi n’Tichka pass, to reach Marrakech, the vibrant imperial city.

Day 6: Marrakech

You dedicate this day to exploring Marrakech. You can visit emblematic sites such as the Jamaâ El Fna square, the Majorelle gardens, the Bahia palace and the Koutoubia mosque. You can also stroll through the lively souks of the medina and taste traditional Moroccan dishes.

Day 7: Transfer to the airport

On the last day, you leave Marrakech and are transferred to the airport for your departure.
